• Job Details:- ensure proper account reconciliation with vendors andsuppliers to reflect accurate figures in the financial systemand complete that account receivable ledgers and journals areup to date.- comply with effective mechanism for checking and approvalof suppliers and vendors invoices.- maintain confidentiality of all accounting records incompliance with InfoFort finance policy and procedures.- Review ,analysis and approves all purchases to ensurejustification exists and policy is followed.- processes and records transactions.- Prepares invoices ,sending bill reminders ,filling paperworkand contacting clients to discuss their accounts.- research and resolves account discrepancies.- Cost box and currency revaluation.
