• Job Details:Main Responsibilities: * Documents daily financial transactions. * Keep documentation of all internal transactions * Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. * Complete general ledger accounts regularly. * Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements. * Audit accounts for errors, misinformation, fraud, and overspending. * Identify and investigate variances. * Report financial information to management. * Oversee accounts payable and receivable. * Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. * Secure financial information by completing database backup. * Maintaining financial security by following internal controls. * Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. * Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing accounts information. * Oversight of procurement and stores by documentary court cycle inventory and recorded different ways. * Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential. * Daily monitoring of deposit activity, cash movement and checks received. * Process payroll in a timely manner. * Review of all Intra company Balances, ensuring the accounts are clean and clear. * Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner. * Ensure that all reasonable discounts are taken on accounts payable. * Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly. * Ensure that periodic bank reconciliations are completed. * Ensure that required debt payments are made on a timely basis. * Preparing checks. * Supervising staff. * Review and approve Accounts payable and receivable. * Supervise cash receipts. * Follow up the advances and salaries of employees.
