• Job Details:* Operations Coordinator - supervise and coordinate the daily operational requirements of 16 rigs across oilfields in regards to equipment readiness, assignments and movement, materials dispatching and personnel assignments and support. • Led a project of successfully testing a new chemical product as an alternative to an obsolete one and phasing it in while phasing out the latter. • Led a multi-market project under the supervision of a central team in Paris of developing a new business system with the target of optimizing business processes and user interface. • Assist technical engineers in designing various cement jobs and submitting blend and materials requests enough ahead of the required time. Also, in keeping track of the monthly revenue and job tracking sheets. • Supervise all various types of cementing operations on land drilling rigs with ADNOC Onshore, including primary cementing operations (casing cementing), remedial cementing operations (cement plugs and squeeze cementing) and stimulation operations (acid jobs) for clients. Responsible for job execution and all aspects of the pre- and post-job planning and closure on time and without errors. Ensure all the Key Service Quality Requirements (KSQR) are fulfilled. • Operate and maintain all various assigned Well Services equipment safely and efficiently. • Conduct Well-site Inspections to ensure compliance with KSQR. • Mentor and coach less experienced people at location. • Attend service quality meetings with clients and work on action plans to improve performance. • Participate in the District HSE and Quality initiative programs, such as Risk Assessments, Quality Improvements, Emergency Response Plans and LPT. Page 1 • Provide service delivery with flawless service quality and no HSE incidents in accordance with company policies, standards and procedures. • Ensures that the correct people, equipment and materials arrive on time on location, and are rigged up, tested and ready to perform the job, as requested by the client, with no deviations from the key service quality requirements and contingencies in place. • Execute successful jobs as per the design provided and approved by the client, while recognizing risks associated with the operations, and reduce these risks to as low as reasonably practicable. Identify any potential unplanned changes to the job program at the well site, and initiate the Management of Change procedures. • Completes design and evaluation of assigned job and assists in technical reviews of assigned jobs. • Perform risk analysis (HARC, JSA, JRI) before each job and identifies and addresses potential safety and operational hazards.
