• Job Details: Maintain regular operations through audit activities in order to improve qulaity and productivity.  Continous process development by enahancing workabiity , Ergonomics in order to increase effieceny.  Leading QRQE activities for chronic defects and setting action plan to improve.  New projects designs.  Process allocation and body shop layout.  Accuracy improvement for all production models through layout measurement analysis.  Qulaity concerns analysis and set countermeasures.  Provide operation standards to MFG and QA team.  Square check activities ( PCC , DWG , POS, SOS ).  4M control ( man , machine , method and material )  Jig trial and engineering trial for new model or new localized parts.  Setting welding parameters according to standard for all welding guns.  Decides equipment specs , issuing RFQ and communicating with suppliers. Capex planning:  Set capex management plan.  Collecting all projects from each fuction with estimtaed cost and impelemntation plan  Discussion meeting with each function for all projects to set priority.  Reperioritize projects to match with capex budget.  Set final capex plan.  Issuing DOAs for planned projects  Monitor and control capex progress with each function  Monitor and control each action for all capex projects.  Capex budget reallocation for delayed or cancelled projects.  Monthly capex reporting to the top management.

Workshop ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for the smooth running of all aspects of vehicle repairs and ensure that repairs are being carried out as effectively and promptly as possible, establishing objectives for workshop team and departments,planning and managing for monthly budget for body shop, monitoring KPI , CSI and quality of work, planning with reception team for upselling, monitoring efficiency of work and processes to ensure quality repairs, supporting team members when required, maintaining equipment used in the body shop and ensuring regular services and maintenance checks are monitored, directing team members in handling day to day problems, promoting harmony and team spirit between workshop team, buliding and maintaining good relations with the customers to encourage their loyalty and obtain their recommendations.
