• Job Details:1- Participating in factory installations, pipe installations, and commissioning compressors and expanders with a team of expert professionals from Chinese, French, and Indian multinational companies. 2- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and systems in the liquid gas plant using SAP to ensure maximum reliability and efficiency. 3- Scheduled recurring maintenance activities using SAP PM's Scheduling tools to automate work order generation and optimize task prioritization. 4- Received maintenance notifications for equipment issues and converted them into Work Orders in SAP PM. 5- Overseeing the operation and maintenance of air separation units(ASUs) to ensure efficient production of oxygen and nitrogen. 6- Monitoring and controlling the process parameters, such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates, to optimize the production of oxygen and nitrogen by SCADA. 7- Create, prioritize, and manage work orders in SAP for maintenance activities, ensuring timely and effective completion. 8- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment and systems. 9- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, ensuring timely and effective repairs. 10- Monitor and control the daily operations of the liquid gas production process. 11- Operate and maintain various types of machinery and equipment used in the production of liquid gas. 12- Create and maintain detailed project schedules using planning software (e.g., MS Project, SAP). Ensure all phases of the project are clearly defined, and timelines are realistic and achievable. 13- Achieved oxygen purity of 99.8% during operation processes, ensuring optimal efficiency and compliance with industry standards. 14- Increased oxygen production capacity from 5,000 liters per hour to 5,200 liters per hour, optimizing process performance and enhancing productivity.
