- Job Details:My role as a Programme Officer in the Transformation unit is to enhance visibility of WHO transformation for the Regional Office and the Country Offices. I develop and implement visibility plans of the Organization's transformation and create communication products for internal and external visibility. This includes developing compelling stories and content, creating newsletters and other articles on issues and success stories related to transformation, conducting interviews and collecting information for articles, and producing and designing social media posts for various platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) on transformation related areas for greater engagement with the EMRO regional audience. In addition, I liaise with the Country Offices to seek and produce collaborative material for external and internal visibility which includes photos and videos. I am actively involved also in proposing innovative ideas with implementation plans to increase the visibility of transformative actions, which is centered on communication strategies.
