Dark Ride Technical Operations & Maintenance LeadFull Time

• Job Details:• Direct and coordinate activities of ride personnel in the maintenance and repair of the dark ride • Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot all aspects of the dark ride equipment and machinery • Communicate with home office malfunctions and repairs • Ensure that daily, weekly, monthly inspections are performed and recorded • Complete and retain daily, weekly, monthly required/recommended maintenance schedules • Maintain accurate records of all repairs • Ensure that all ride maintenance personnel have read and understand the maintenance and operations manuals provided • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs based on the manufacturer’s requirements and best practices for the dark ride • Create and maintain appropriate parts inventory • Maintain a safe and clean working environment • Identifies and secures necessary tools, equipment and supplies required to operate efficiently and effectively • Maintain a cooperative working relationship with client, facilities departments and other staff • Perform other duties as assigned

MEP site engineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Assist in quantity surveying and cost estimation • Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals • Follow on the purchase orders • Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed • deadlines • Monitoring site progress and quality of MEP (mechanical, firefighting, fire alarm, electrical & • plumbing) works and compliance with approved shop drawings and installation schedules • Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment • Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site • Co-ordination with the main contractor both at site and office levels • Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress • Handing over the accomplished works to the consultants • Preparing documents & reports as required

Installation and Maintenance EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for installing new Chen Hsong Jetmaster plastic injection molding machines. • Responsible for maintenance of plastic injection molding machines. • Responsible for installing new spare parts.
