• Job Details:• Responsible for all finishing activities such as Masonry work & plastering, screeding work, waterproofing work, ceiling, painting, tiling, marble works, PU flooring and landscaping, etc. • Checking technical designs and drawings for accuracy and to ensure that they are followed correctly. • Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean. • Follow-up to ensure execution of work is carried out in accordance with approved method statements; • Follow-up with General Person/Engineer efficient usage of materials to minimize wastage, and supervise materials storage area; • Coordinate and preparing weekly and daily target schedules for all types of activities • To check the quality of all the materials received on site and prepare quality reports • Review requirements of the specification and relevant standards and ensure understanding and compliance of work done with the specified requirements of the specification and drawings. • Supervision & Follow-up work of finishes. • Implementation of policies and orders on the implementation of projects in the company. • Continuous coordination with the contractors in order to complete the project on time. • Supervising the preparation of abstracts for contractors and approving them to pay their dues. • Prepare the periodic reports of the Director of the Construction Department on the progress of the work and submit any proposals on the obstacles to implementation. • Implementation of instructions and instructions of the consultant during his visit to the site. • Supervise the supply of materials that have been close to access and contact suppliers for fast supply .
