Project Coordinator Engineer - ConstructionFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for preparing a detailed time schedule on primavera for a project that consists of 14 Residential buildings of 3 stories each (198 Apartments in total), a Clubhouse, 4 swimming pools, Keystone retaining wall and Landscape works. • Sourced and managed all the quantities of materials needed for the project. • Preparing daily reports to be submitted to the consultant (ACE Project Management). • Receiving the works from the Subcontractor in order to submit it to the Consultant and then to the Client. • Responsible for the Execution of works (masonry, electricity, plumbing, plastering, membrane insulation, ceramic works, clay tile, marble works, wooden doors, handrails, PVC, landscape works) on site and making sure the works are matching with the Shop Drawings concerning dimensions, level and location. • Making sure all the submitted materials by the Subcontractor are included in the Vendor List and match the required quality. • Responsible for all the Submittals including the material submittals, technical submittals and inspection requests. • Applying all the variation orders in some of the apartments as being asked by the clients.

Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Inspection of all kind of activities before receiving the works from the Contractor (REDCON) and the Consultant (ECG). • Preparing daily reports for the progress of works on site. • Responsible for coordination and receiving the works for Neighborhood 07 Extension which consists of six buildings that contain 168 apartments. • Monitored a team of 400+ personnel during construction activities to make sure the quality is up to the required standard and relevant to the time scale of the project. • Coordination between the Infrastructure, Superstructure and the Landscape works. • Making sure that all the materials submitted by the Contractor are approved by the Consultant before the execution of works on site. • Making sure that all the Shop Drawings and the Method Statements submitted by the Contractor are approved by the Consultant. • Apply all the variation orders as being asked by the technical office.

• Job Details:• Established and implemented construction schedules, methods, equipment and labor requirements. • Sourced and managed construction materials. • Responded to technical concerns quickly and effectively devised solutions. • Monitored team of 15+ personnel during construction activities for compliance with health and safety requirements. • Prepared site reports and organized subcontractor invoices, codes documentation and schematics. • Managed various stages of construction projects, including concrete casting, masonry works, MEP works, flooring, plastering and finishing.
