• Job Details:Working as a cost controller in the 6O Monorail Project with the following responsibilities: 1- Working in conjunction with all department heads to ensure maximum profitability. 2- Providing critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections. 3- Controlling and monitoring project total expenditure, including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded 4- Preparing Earned Value Management (EVM) calculations. 5- Analyzing cost reports, detecting issues and developing and implementing proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures.

Planning EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Working the 6O Monorail project as a planner to 1- Create time schedules using Primavera P6 for the expected works in a certain timeframe. 2- Monitor, track and update the project work packages daily. 3- Create daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for different stakeholders. 4- Provide advice for the upcoming works to the project manager and site engineers based on the time schedule, considering the available resources.
