• Job Details:For almost 3 years, I had the pleasure to previously work within two projects at GIZ; Enhancement of the Egyptian Dual System (EEDS) and The Employment Promotion Project (EPP III) as a Field Assistant. At EEDS, I supported the activities of implementing quality standards for in-company practical training and in-school theoretical learning. While at EPP, the focus was setting a holistic standard process for curriculum development following the competency-based methodology for vocational and technical training providers. During the latter, I had the chance to moderate and lead the discussion of developing the assessment regulation of the Egyptian Dual System involving MoETE, core economic representatives, and other project components. Additionally, I joined the Gender mainstream taskforce on behalf of the curricula development component across GIZ Egypt and I was nominated to be the formal moderator of Retrospect sessions across EPP, upon the achievement of milestones.
