• Job Details:TOTAL Suez Depot Hydraulic Jacking project June – Dec 2019 Worked on a contract to hydraulically jack 3 of TOTAL's steel fabricated oil storage Tanks (Tank# 78, 79 & 80) under construction by the engineering group for contracting (The EGC); Ensuring safe and proper deliverance of hydraulic tested jacks and equipment sent by BYGGING AND BAUCH India Ltd Working in collaboration with BYGGING’s technical team to provide safe and monitored jacking of the tanks Tasks include: Theoretical and practical training for safe & secure hydraulic jacking for the tank using presentation tools, visual assembly, fitting, erection & welding defaults to mantle the different constituents of the jacking equipment. Equipment Installation, Working as the middle company man connecting and interacting with the jacking expert sent by BYGGING and collaborating with the local technical work force, engineers and GM at the EGC & TOTAL Using communication skills to overcome any language barriers within the team, providing competent & professional engineering terms translation from Urdu & English to Arabic. Periodic inspection plan intervention provided critical engineering thinking to resolute solutions for any complicated issues or Operational troubleshoots. RISK ASSESSMENT and EVALUATION PLAN implemented when controlling all operation parameters such as pressure, temperature, and levels testing. MAINTAINING the pump in case of a power pack sudden break down, leakage of oil or rupture TROUBLESHOOTS. CHECKLISTS revision and testing, before initiating a real jack.
