• Job Details:Fission EG is the founder of 7Nujoom mobile application (Android & iOS), It's a broadcasting application where you can open your camera and stream anything you want except sexual content. I had to do 2 jobs in one which was really frustrating, I had to monitor the streams which was always +100 live profile and in the same time in the customer & technical support i used to answer all the customers ASAP and handling the mad ones very well to make them calm down a bit and fix their issues. My Responsibilities: • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. • Responding promptly to customer inquiries. • Communicating with customers through various channels. • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
