• Job Details:Responsible for installation and maintenance of company’s office furniture (workstation, desks, meeting tables, chairs, sofas, lounges……etc.) from trustful suppliers as: Inetrstuhl, LAS, Narbutas, Quinti, Balsan and Sokoa. Major Responsibility: • Run an efficient and profitable service operation. • Review the PI, Packing list and match it with customer’s PO. • Prepare working plan after knowing the estimated arrival date of the products and examining the site situation. • Deliver the requested office furniture to the customer. • Start the installation process, examine and review the operation. • Informing the customer with the required repair needed and spare parts. • Contact the factory technical support for better problem diagnose and parts replacement. • Supervise the implementation of plans, programs and policies assessments, and to ensure the safety and accuracy of implementation and compliance. • Calculate the required spare parts needed for the installation. • Design and fabricate a local spare parts for urgent situations as a temporary solution. • Supervise subordinates and encourage them to help and provide suggestions and constructive new ideas. • Make sure we had the customer satisfaction.

Major Responsibility: • Run an efficient and profitable service operation. • Start the commissioning process, examine and review the operation. • Deliver the fully operating boiler system to the customer. • Informing the customer with the required repair needed and spare parts. • Contact the factory technical support for better problem diagnose. • Supervise the implementation of plans, programs and policies assessments, and to ensure the safety and accuracy of implementation and compliance. • Full system Design. • Calculate the required spare parts needed for the installation. • Design and fabricate a local spare parts for urgent situations as a temporary solution. • Decide which Contractor we'll use in the installation. • Supervise subordinates and encourage them to help and provide suggestions and constructive new ideas. • Make sure we had the customer satisfaction.

Workshop EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Egyptian Automotive & Trading the distributor for: (Audi, VW, Skoda, Seat) vehicles in Egypt. I am Responsible for maintenance, repair and diagnose of all kind of Vehicles (Audi, VW, Skoda, Seat ) Major Responsibility: • Supervised 2 Team leaders & 2 Service Advisors & 9 workshop technicians. • Handle all operations, customer problems, warranty, insurance dealings, Maintenance, inventory, and operations control. • Carry-out responsibilities by operating the workshop to achieve maximum production. • Complete diagnosis using ODIS or LAUNCH apps. • Complete vehicle interior and exterior checkup. • Monitor the technicians and follow up. • Resolve customer complaints, Supervise Quality control. • Run an efficient and profitable service operation. • Building customer relationship.
