• Job Details:Responsibilities included heading of the accounts and finance department within the company to ensure that policies and procedures approved by management are complied, Managing tax issues, Preparation of Budget, Budget Review and Long Term planning, review of financial statements on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and providing explanations on the variance analysis, Re-forecasting the budget each month, ensures that financial statements have been prepared in accordance with IFRS, analyzes and appraises the financial and operating reports and make executive reports and recommendations to the top management, Contact with taxation authorities and directs the preparation of tax reports, Integration of forecast results into overall consolidation of the all related companies, Prepare reports for management information including project financing plan, cost allocation and cash flow status for presentation to the management board to keep them informed about the financial health of the company, Evaluating Business decisions and review financial impacts, Feasibility study with regards to new projects as and when required, Preparation of monthly Flash Results , Coordinate with the HR on Manpower planning, Preparation of Sales and cash inflow forecasts, Forecasting expenses and other costs based on historical trend and future plans, Forecasting Capital Expenditure Budget based on business needs, Weekly forecast of cash flow based on collection and various outflow in line to business requirements overall responsibility of all internal/external audit affairs of the division, establishes and implements short and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures, evaluates the overall financial position of the company and assesses risk of all financial transactions executed ,evaluates, and processes treasury applications.
