• Job Details:• Participate in formulating work policies and procedures within all departments in coordination with departmental managers for approval and action. • Implementation of the internal audit plan on the policies and procedures to ensure that all departments perform their work in accordance with the approved instructions, and to correct deviations (if any). • Submitting periodic and special reports on any cases of non-conformity and taking the necessary measures to determine responsibility and proposing the necessary amendments to the systems and procedures to avoid recurrence. • Follow-up on the implementation of procedures for cases of non-conformity to treat them and amend any existing deviations. • Provide appropriate scientific and practical recommendations to increase operational effectiveness and continuous improvement. • Ensuring the implementation of all quality systems (IMS) in all departments. • Preparing for external audit work and providing support to all departments to pass the audit successfully. • Implementation of external audit recommendations to improve procedures within the company and obtain targeted credits. • Communicate with third parties and submit the documents required to obtain certificates or accreditations for the company's products.

• Job Details:§ Performing IPC testing for the different operations in the overprinting are. § Setting up the overprinting process. § In process check at overprinting process according to batch record. § Check compliance of batch records at all overprinting steps. § Check the cleaning of all areas of storage area. § Check the calibration status of measuring tools and equipment, Raise deviation to QA supervisor in case of non-compliance with predetermined standards, procedures and work instruction § Daily tour inside warehouses to ensure the correctness and safety of storing products, raw materials and supplies § Physical check of the incoming pallets at loading area. § Physical examination of approved imports § Follow up the process of put away the products in the stores of the product in a good way to keep safe as a product § Checking the loading process on the Transport trucks § the products and whether the product is in the best shape to reach the customer or not, and the loading body and its quality § Follow up the sorting process for returned products from customers § Participating in deviation investigations. § AS a participant on risk management of non-sterile area. § As an internal audit on production area § Follow up the pest control procedures in the stores § Submit reports on non-conformities and who are responsible for them to take appropriate action § Implementing environmental preservation instructions § Auditing and reviewing systems, facilities and procedures to ensure compliance with agreed standards and any local regulatory requirements § Supervising critical operations (e.g. product despatch, return of goods, recalls, Sampling and inspection, line clearance, repacking, quality release, non-conformance handling.) § Ensuring that suitable qualified personnel are recruited to operate the transport and repacking process and that training is carried out.
