• Job Details: Assist the Investigation Head in the management of the Credit Investigation function and work closely with him/her to establish and update policies and guidelines for the credit investigation process.  Handle the credit investigation for large transactions and important corporate clients that entails conducting client visits, collecting data and feedback from external stakeholders in addition to analyzing the clients full operating and financial cycle.  Review all credit investigation reports prepared by his/her team.  Monitors the performance of the team, in terms of;  Quality of credit investigation (thoroughness, accuracy of assessment, etc.)  Speed and efficiency of execution  Satisfaction level of internal clients (mainly Credit Risk)  Adherence to established procedures and technical guidelines, and compliance with established stan  dards for credit investigation  Monitor the market on a daily basis with regards to new CBE regulations, stay up-to-date with market developments relevant to the credit investigation process & formally update colleagues with new regulations and/or any relevant market changes.  Update the list of approved auditors and evaluators from the CBE and formally inform the concerned internal parties with the latest approved lists.  Ensure proper coordination with concerned internal parties (primarily Credit Analysis and Credit Risk) and external parties (e.g. other financial institutions) to ensure timely completion of the credit investigation process.  Ensure compliance with the firm’s policies and procedures.  Oversee the team’s tasks on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and provide training on a continuous basis. Conduct comprehensive performance reviews for the team.  Ensure compliance with all applicable AML/CTF rules and regulations as required in the conduct of your role.  Ensure timely completion of all relevant AML/CTF training provided by the Group.  Ensure response to AML, CTF & sanctions inquiries in a timely manner.
