• Job Details:Key Responsibilities: • Review daily bank movements to ensure all transactions in company accounts are executed efficiently and accurately. • Analyze and categorize all transactions in bank accounts (inflows and outflows), ensuring proper communication with relevant parties. • Managing and analyze cash flow reports, comparing actual figures with forecasts, budgets, and the previous year’s performance to identify any deviations. • Managing and following up with my team on daily financial transfers and operations to ensure smooth functioning. • Managing Track credit limits and maturity dates, ensuring timely compliance with financial obligations. • Managing and renew contracts with banks, ensuring favorable terms and sustaining strong partnerships. • Monitor and follow up on current lease contracts, ensuring timely payments and proper management. • Negotiate with leasing companies to secure competitive financing offers that benefit the organization. • Oversee the creation and review of new leasing contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational needs. • Track daily operations with leasing companies to ensure compliance and accuracy in agreements • Managing and following up on discounting and factoring contracts with banks, ensuring they align with company limits and financial objectives. • Coordinate with the credit department to facilitate necessary checks for discounting and factoring transactions. • Supervise with my team Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and closing reports to ensure accurate financial oversight. • Supervise with my team record all transactions in the system, ensuring full compliance and accuracy in financial data. • Conduct regular audits of accounts in the system to maintain accuracy, integrity, and transparency. • Lead meetings with banks and financial institutions to negotiate and secure the best financial deals, ensuring optimal arrangements for the company.
