  • Job Details:This position within the CME (Central->Group Manufacturing Engineering) team is based in Cairo. As interim assignment to the Neptune project in DELTA factory, this role's objectives are; • Manage relations with automation suppliers to finalize the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Problem solving analysis, prioritization of issues, delivery tracking. • Plan the interventions for improvements to the machines and drive the technical analysis for re- engineering when needed. • Actively hands-on in troubleshooting, downtime mitigation and OEE improvement given the background in mechatronics & PLC programming, in coordination with Supplier and Maintenance during interventions. • Prepare specifications for new equipment following Group ME standards. • Validate new equipment (FAT, SAT, MVT acceptance) and collaborate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain & Logistics, Maintenance, Lean Eng. & Production to push for the production ramp up.

  • Job Details:• Conduct and drive OEE equipment and process concern under responsible and continuously mature and improvement activity. • Sets plans and programs for periodic and preventive maintenance for all factory machines in order to improve OEE. • Implementing and supervising of production standards compliant with the Electrolux Manufacturing System (EMS). • Analysis breakdown root cause for reduce breakdown.
