• Job Details:• Review all Purchasing Invoices local & Import from outside ( Fabric – Trimms – others ) • Make entries for purchasing invoices on systems ( Tally ERP ) • Contacting with Suppliers & our Store to Ensure that we received goods and the invoices • Make reports for all Fabric , Trimms and machines Purchesed Monthly • Ensuring of payment process to Suppliers weekly through Cheques • Filling a hard copy of purchase invoices to get when we need • Make all entries for bank payment & receipt on system “ Tally ERP “ through reviewing bank statements ( Banque Misr – Cib Bank – Qnb Bank – National bank of Egypt ) • Prepaing Reports for monthly statements of Workers Payment Related to ( Paid Leave – Transportaiton – Medical and Social Insurance ) • Contacting with shipping department if any Invoices Paid advance through bank to get these to have closing balance Zero at the end of Each Month • Review all shipping Compaines Invoices & make entries on system • Prepairing monthly reports for shipping companies & ensuring the payment process through ( cheques – Bank – Cash ) to get Closing balance ZERO • Check Fabric Store & trims Store Inventory Quarterly • Filling a hard copy of All Bank Payment & Recipts & Shipping Invoice to check any Time When we need . • Paying Workers Money Cash ( Paid Leave – Monthly Transportaiton – Overtime – Handicap – Nursery )
