Carried out an engineering assessment of the production plant’s electrohydraulic system and developed a simulation of the fluid flow via SIMULINK to detect the significant locations for online particle counter installation. ● Carried out industrial research on servo valves mechanism and the impact of oil contamination on the operation. ● Assisted in installing the particle counter according to the proposed locations. ● Conducted data analysis and compared the tracking system output against the oil contamination standards (e.g. ISO 4406:1999)
