• Job Details:Responsible for achieving 100 % of the production plan allocated for each line while following predetermined Quality and Safety standards. • Allocates day to day manpower on different functions on the production lines and solving any rising attendance issues. • Reviews and monitors production reports and prepares productivity analysis accordingly. • Directs production process per line and prepare production schedules. • Coordinates with the Maintenance department on the implementation of maintenance schedules so as not to disrupt production targets. • Recommends preventive maintenance initiatives to maintenance team based on machinery performance supervision. • Responsible for implementation of change over process in accordance with the production plan. • Monitoring waste rates, production scrap analyzing root causes and suggesting means to reduce waste. • Perform periodic inventory checks to control waste and material usage variances. • Performs any other work related to his work for the purpose of achieving the goals.

Quality Control EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Inspect product materials for defects and durability. • Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible. • Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes. • Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products.

Lifting Equipment InspectorFull Time

• Job Details:Carrying out inspection and testing work to industry specifications and standards, whether on site or in workshops. • Ensure all (LOLER) inspections are completed within the given timeframe to ensure compliance. • Assisting with repairs and servicing of lifting equipment where required • Working in a fast-paced office environment completing administration work • Prepare final report and certificate and notify appropriate people of equipment problems and deficiencies.
