Oncology Pharmacy Intern

• Job Details:Participate in clinical rounds with oncologists and healthcare teams. Provide evidence-based recommendations for supportive care. Monitor drug levels and toxicity, particularly for narrow-therapeutic index drugs. Enforce double-check systems to minimize medication errors.
