• Job Details:• Valuable member in the Manor OMNIA project to launch a brand-new ERP system (DFO) used across all stores. • Formed employees and departmental managers on the functions of the ERP software. • Assisted the Accounting and Logistics team to register the entry, exit and transfer of merchandise as well as matching delivery notes with their respective bills. • Audited all employees to evaluate their performance on the new software in order to assess further training.
