• Job Details:• Prepare and update the procurement plan, and provide regular reports to management. • Manage the RFXs process and conduct comprehensive cost and technical analysis of submitted quotations. • Negotiate prices, payment terms, contract conditions, delivery schedules, and technical issues with vendors. • Identify potential suppliers and monitor supplier performance. • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. • Liaise with other project functions, including engineering, to ensure resolution of all project components to meet required on-site dates. • Monitor and drive supplier OTD performance by leveraging the open PO report. • Perform all supply chain functions, including procurement, subcontracts, expediting, logistics, QC/inspection, and materials management. • Managing inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.

• Job Details:• Review the tender documents, including but not limited to the BOQ, drawings, and specifications. • Prepare and update the procurement plan to achieve the project deadline. • Manage the RFXs process and conduct comprehensive cost and technical analysis of submitted quotations. • Negotiate prices, payment terms, contract conditions, delivery schedules, and technical issues with vendors. • Prepare MAR submittal packages and follow up on approvals. • Apply the P2P ERP process for all procurement transactions by creating PO/contracts via the ERP system. • Handling logistics of purchased goods and follow up on the payments and invoices. • Prepare and maintain regular procurement logs, reports, and vendor performance records. • Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
