• Job Details:Handles Full Payroll Cycle For both Insourced and Outsourced Employees (ERP and Excel) and Bank Transfer. Calculates Social insurance Shares and Payroll Taxes in Compliance with governmental Updates. Calculates Bonuses, Incentives, Perdiems, Profit Shares, Vacations Settlement, EOS Pay (Severance and Indemnity) and Mobile Lines Charges and Applies them on ERP. Prepares Tax Settlement Reports (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually). Analyses Cost Centers and Payroll Summaries. Creates HR Related Vendors' Payment Requests and Matches them with Received Invoices. Extracts Reprots and Data From ERP to Prepare needed Total Rewards Related Reports and Dashboards. Uses Salary and Market Surveys to Implement Annual Increments and promotions in Context with Company Pay Strategy and Economic Situations then Updates the ERP with the Final Results. Solid Role in HR Budgeting. Solid Role in Developing Total Rewards Processes and Workflow. Issues Pay Slips and HR Letters From ERP Upon Request.
