• Job Details:Supervised technicians and workers across the pressing, injection, and lathe workshops at Hammad Metals Factory, ensuring each individual performed their tasks efficiently. Monitored and recorded daily production data from each workshop and input this data into Excel sheets throughout the workday. Conducted data analysis to assess operational metrics such as uptime versus downtime ratios and other key performance indicators. All processes were implemented under the Kaizen initiative, utilizing the 5S Method, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
