• Job Details:Interpret project requirements and design specifications to create efficient laser cutting and engraving programs. Operate and maintain laser cutting and engraving machines, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety guidelines. Prepare and optimize CAD files for laser programming, including adjusting dimensions, scaling, and nesting. Set up and align materials for laser cutting and engraving processes, ensuring proper positioning and accuracy. Select appropriate laser parameters, such as power, speed, and focus, based on material type, thickness, and desired results. Conduct test runs to verify program accuracy and make necessary adjustments as needed. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser cutting and engraving machines. Maintain an inventory of materials, consumables, and spare parts required for laser operations. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
