• Job Details:• Making job analysis & job description for all the company positions (White & Blue collars) • Design Job ads for the required jobs and post in the recruiting channels. • Figure recruitment needs with department managers, Prepare requirement. Announcements using different means ads, recruitment agencies, etc. • Creating source and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need (Entry, experienced, Managerial levels) - Dealing with the recruiting agencies. • Deliver events' plans on time within budget that meet company's expectations. • Arrange & attend interviews for the candidates . • Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills. • Evaluate selection or testing techniques by conducting follow-up activities and conferring with management. Recruiting candidates for both urgent& planned vacant positions. (White & Blue collars) • Headhunting unique and qualified candidates. • Profiling the candidate's competency mapping after matching with planned. • Prepare offers to selected candidates and thanks letters of rejection to unsuccessful candidates. • Responsible for the new employees' orientation. • Conducts exit interview. • Receive the hiring documents. • Follow with updated Manpower per project. • Supervise and maintains employee personnel files, and makes sure that they are complete and complies with labor law & the company policies. • Following up with the staff attendance, handling vacation requests. • Initiate salary structure for the company to be compatible with the market . • update manpower titles to fit their experience and salaries .
