• Job Details:Overall functionality, safety, security, and efficiency of the Lagos Command's physical infrastructure and support systems. This includes managing the maintenance, repair, and operation of buildings (cells, administrative blocks, workshops, perimeter walls), critical systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security alarms, CCTV, fire safety), grounds, and utilities. You ensure compliance with NCoS regulations, national building codes, and safety standards, coordinating closely with security personnel to uphold the integrity of the custodial environment. My role also involves strategic planning for facility upgrades, managing budgets, supervising maintenance staff and contractors, and ensuring optimal living and working conditions for both inmates and staff within the unique demands of a Maximum and Medium correctional facility in Lagos. My core objective is to provide a secure, habitable, and well-maintained environment that directly supports the NCoS mandate of safe custody, reformation,rehabilitation and reintegration
