 Send monthly reports with the consumption and Controls deviations.
 Follow up the inventory rates.
 Follow up the Service suppliers and reporting the service evaluation to the department manager.
 Observe office boys performance and appearance.
4. Managing the House Keeping process, which include:-
 Prepare the check lists of cleansing locations.
 Observe building cleaning.
 Make the monthly purchase order for House Keeping.
 Review the consumption rate according to the roles.
 Send monthly reports with the consumption and Controls deviations.
 Follow up the inventory rates.
 Follow up the Service suppliers and reporting the service evaluation to the department manager.
 Observe House Keepers performance and appearance
5. Building Maintenance, which include :-

 Sanitary/plumbing.
 Electricity.
 Air Conditions.
 Data show Devices.
 Carpentry works.
 Alimental and Tempered Glass.
 Land escape.
 Carpentry.


6. Contracting (in cooperation with legal affairs) to supply out sourcing service regarding the following:-
 Transportation Buses and car rent.
 Maintenance contracts.
 Installation of equipment in the head Office.
 Out-sourcing services.

7. Transportation and Company cars, which include:-
 Fuel Consumption.
 Periodic Maintenance.
 Emergency Maintenance.
 Car papers (insurance, car license, driver license, maintenance schedules…..).
