• Job Details:Autonomous maintenance leader responsible of making sure that all equipment in the department are at the right standard and operators have right capability to deliver operational excellence results. - Create & present reports detailing maintenance activities, state of the department equipment, shut down planning, & cost control. - Responsible for the development of the annual Repair & Maintenance budget. - Develop & drive the department's reliability vision in line with the Plant's IWS Reliability Vision - Work closely with operation leaders to reduce or eliminate down time. - Set up preventative/proactive maintenance schedules for all equipment & maintain the PM & equipment database. - Provide trend & root cause failure analysis that affects the production line safety, operation & reliability - Train all operators on Autonomous maintenance & Progressive maintenance practices to leverage their skills & capabilities. - Train all operators on the different troubleshooting tools (6W2H, Why-why,PM Cards, ...etc) to leverage their troubleshooting capabilities. - Coordinate & lead scheduled shutdown events, weekly, monthly & annually - Own and Control the department budget

• Job Details:Manage production control and development systems PSG department production operations. Acquire Hands on experience in production floors, daily systems management and leading technicians. Lead Troubleshooting awareness in the department. Autonomous maintenance leader responsible of making sure that all equipment in the department are at the right standard and operators have right capability to deliver operational excellence results Train all operators on Autonomous maintenance practices to leverage their skills & capabilities. Train all operators on the different troubleshooting tools (6W2H, Why-why, PM Cards, ...,etc) to leverage their troubleshooting capabilities.
