· Investigate users issues/bugs and ensure high quality hot fix releases

· Propose solution to the new change request and issues.
· Largely involves in Financials and supply chain management areas issue
· Provide Functional level support to End users.
· To assist the support team in investigation of issues/bugs
· To assist development team in requirement analysis of issues and change request
· Providing functional training to support and revision team
· Risk impact analysis on change request and issue fixes
· Maintaining test specs document related to issue/ change request
· Implement software designs, taking into consideration company's best practices.
· Provide documentation to an appropriate level to the internal staff members.
· Ensure that all work adheres to company standards.
· Provide periodic status reports to Project/Test Managers.
· Producing business flows, functional understanding documents, training guides (User manual) related to Microsoft Dynamics AX.

· Ensuring that revision team sending all of the daily, weekly & periodic reports
· Coordinate roles & scenarios between Mars’s Mgmt/Users & BI Consultants. As the vocal contact point between Mars & BI Consultants.
· Responsible for monitoring the project’s performance: plans, progress against milestones, appropriateness of work, quality of work, and resolve any problem with work or relationships between consultant and business staff.
· Escalate any suspended issue or concern to the steering committee.
· Participates in make necessary decisions for any of escalated issues that may affect the project scope or related time plan.

2) Sales systems (Hand-Held) Administrator

- Manage all the work cycle administration tasks for the branches.
- Act as the sponsor of all the sales systems processes & influencing them to happen
- Manage training for any new sales member on the hand-held.
- Collecting data for all requests that concern the current used systems.
