Maintenance Technician

• Job Details:Work with process control systems including programmable logic controllers, sensors and actuators. Perform troubleshooting and repair of electromechanical machines. Perform routine preventive maintenance on machineries and equipments. Read and interpret circuit diagrams and schematics for instrumentation and automation equipment. Maintenance of both analog and digital field instruments. Troubleshoot failures with process control system involving electrical and mechanical equipment and instruments. Programmable logic controllers backup and troubleshooting.

Acting Technical Shift Supervisor

• Job Details:In charge of general production and supervision from syrup room to packaging machines. Carry out routine SKU change over and CIP when necessary. Ensure production technicians and factory workers adhere to SOP and GMP. Conducting performance reviews and sharing feedback with management and team members. Carry out GMP, GHK, food safety and carbonated soft drink production training and induction to new staff. Documentation and report of daily production output, yield and efficiency of the packaging line.

Manufacturing Technician

• Job Details:Operate filler and blow mould machine. Filler height adjustment and transfer alignment. Adjust machine components, machine tension and pressure according to the size of the bottle. Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of package product to standard. Adjust machine when malfunctions occur, clear machine jam and report machine status. Clean, lubricate and make adjustments or repair on machine. Replacing of broken leaf springs, shaft axles, pressure piece, actuating shaft, etc. Carry out overhaul and preventive maintenance on machine.
