• Job Details:• Wet and dry Commississiong of proceess equipment, instrumentaion and control devices and other electrical and mechancical devices. • Confirm SCADA contol system and fire and gas alarm sytems sre ready for start up. • Start up oil well head christmas tree • planning and organising production schedules • delviring daily reports and data to managment and production manager • assessing project and resource requirements • estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with managers • ensuring that health and safety regulations are met • determining quality control standards • overseeing production processes • re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary with production manager • selecting, ordering and purchasing materials • organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment • supervising the work of junior staff • organising relevant training sessions • Technical support of all production, processing and marine operations including day to day field operations, shut down and start-up operations, tanker transfer and crude offloading operations • Reviews process engineering deliverables for the facility and for new projects • Ensues process safety basics are adopted in the operational facility as well as in any brown/greenfield project • Ensures HSE is prioritized in all aspects of the operations • Ensures project scopes are delivered on-time and transitioned smoothly to the offshore operations team • Complete, maintains and updates the Operations and HSE management systems • Ensures high quality maintenance & inspection programmes are instituted • Attains and maintains highest level of sustainable on-spec production and offloading of crude oil • Provides technical support to staff as needed • Prepares the annual business plan and operational budget • Prepares asset reports as requested • Monitors and improves the efficiency of all support functions such as supply chain, HR, IT, etc • Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders including clients, suppliers, accreditation bodies, insurance companies and government entities • Ensures asset complies with applicable regulations, classification and insurance requirements, industry best practices and contractual commitments • Reviews and approves any facility engineering changes (MOC) and ensures compliance with standards and contract terms • Fills in for the Offshore Production Manager as needed • Communicates with the client with regard to any technical issues • Ensures the Facilities Documents and Drawings are updated to the latest change

field operatorFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for preparing equipment for maintenance including isolation, draining, steaming, and other procedures as required. Responsible for preparation such as plant isolation etc., for day-to-day maintenance work. Perform daily check and minor maintenance based on the check list etc. Take appropriate actions in accordance with Panel Operator and Lead Operator in case of emergency. Work directly with the foreign experts in the transfer of technical advice during the initial period of operation. Receive fire fighting training based on fire fighting training program preparing for emergency. Some of field operator, if appointed temporary firefighting crew, acts as a one of firefighting crew In case of emergency.
