• Job Details:EET Electrical Express Train Project Client name and address: NATIONAL AUTHORITY OF TUNNEL, CAIRO Detailed project description: Electric Express Train (passengers and cargo) from El Ain El Sokhna City on the Red Sea Coast to Marsa Matrouh on the Mediterranean Coast Phase1 600 km Called Green Line, project includes the following activities. • 23 high-speed/regional stations with an average plot limit of 75000 m2 per station. • More than 50 km length viaduct bridges along the alignment including Nile crossing viaduct. • More than 170 million m3 earthwork for embankment construction including different types of slope protection. • More than 420 culverts /flood protection system. • More than 120 roadway crossings. Phase 2 FROM OCTOBER GARDENERS TO ABOU SIMBEL (BLUE LINE) ANDFROM QENA TO SAFAGA (RED LINE) (1400 km), the phase includes the following activities. • 36 high-speed/regional stations with an average plot limit of 50000 m2 per station. • More than 30 km length viaduct bridges along the alignment including 2 Nile crossing viaduct. • More than 200 million m3 earthwork for embankment construction including different types of slope protection. • More than 920 culverts /flood protection system. • More than 200 roadways underpass crossings. Modes of transport: Railway, roadway, railway bridge, roadway bridge, underpass crossing Phases: Construction, commissioning. Services: Construction, reviewing and approving transmittals, Studies, supervision. Duties include: • Manage and monitor technical design review process for package 1, assess and approve all deliverables relevant to technical coordination including related arrangement work in timely manner. • Coordinate and support the resolution of technical issues during the project construction life cycle. • Ensure the efficient integration of different fittings, elements’, and check the compatibility between the deliverables of the contracting groups. • Address technical concerns relevant to coordination and associated arrangement works. • Monitor any changes to the project relevant to coordination process and report each major change to the Client Organization. • Ensuring that the submissions comply with the design requirements and contract documentations. • Assist in the Issue the integrated coordination drawings between all contracting groups. • Job Details:•Duties include supervision over construction processes and activities , ensuring tasks are executed on time as required quality, ensuring daily logs of events associated with the work on site are maintained, witnessing and supervising commissioning and start-up activities, preparing periodical reports and the final acceptance and completion reports, reviewing and presenting contractors, reviewing and approving transmittals (design dwg, method statement and as-built drawings) For . • PORT SAID 3 TUNNEL UNDER SUEZ CANAL, Budget 16 Milliard EGP, Main Consultant SYSTRA , Project designer (SENER, Amberg Engineering), project Contractor (ORASCOM JV ARAB CONTRACTORS) and Subcontractors Trevi and Zueblin ,The project consists of Two Road Tunnels inner Dia. 11.40 m with length 3km segmental lining and 2 km cut and cover tunnel(Bottom up construction ) (including 6 evacuation cross passage) stabilized by ground freezing/ shotcrete technique and more than (350,000 M2 temporary diaphragm wall,2000,000 M3 Concreate) .
