• Job Details: -Directing QHSE Management towards achieving benchmark targets & Supported plant to achieve 3.5 Million Hours without Lost working day (LWD) -Lead contractors safety on capital projects and achieve the global Chairman award of (Best Of the Best). -Contractors construction sites audit to ensure HSE standards implementation with special focus on working at heights protection and scaffolding safety , confined space entry precautions , Permit to work system in place , Electrical safety protection , Cranes and heavy lifts operations safety , waste management on site , Compressed gases safety , demolition and construction safety and created motivation reward and recognition program for contractor for best site housekeeping award to Put 5 S concept in place -Support engineering activities on New automotive paint line Capital Project 25 Million Euros which included construction of 2 new buildings , MEP installations for utilities and new ELPO line , 2 coat painting lines with risk assessment during design , execution ,commissioning and startup add to that many other installation of mechanical equipment on new models on annual basis. -Responsible for Analysis all incidents investigation and tracking corrective action. -Advising, Mentoring and coaching employees for meeting company expectations. -Lead ergonomics improvements for improving working conditions through GEST analysis and Risk factor ergonomics analysis. -Developed and monitored QHSE Budget where we succeeded to reduce QHSE cost per unit (CPU) by around 25%. -Leading Implementation, development & continuous improvement for OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO9001 Management Systems which result in achieving the three certificates from TUV accreditation body for last 5 consecutive years.
