• Job Details:Responsible for ensuring that managers, supervisors and employees are carrying out their roles in compliance with the state’s health and safety policies and procedures. 1. Carrying out professional site safety inductions to observe all potential dangerous working conditions. 2. Evaluates working conditions and recommends improvements in safety and health methods, practice and procedures. 3. Documents violations through notes, Sketches, and Photographs. 4. Once the Inspections were completed, a report had to type with all findings and reported to the company's Program Manager in charge of corrective action. 5. Recommended measures to help protect workers from potentially hazardous work methods, processes, or materials. 6. Performing root cause analysis for incident/accident investigations to determine the cause of the accident/ incident. 7. Gathers evidence and prepares reports on safety violation complaints and occupational accident/incident. 8. Conduct safety meeting with employees to discuss such points as the standards, violations cited, and potential hazards. 9. Prepare documents (e.g., Accident Prevention Supplemental Plan) needed for a project and submit it to the Government. 10. Conducted safety training and education programs, and demonstrated the use of safety equipment. 11. Producing risk assessments. 12. Keeping up to date with all new legislation & development in H&S and advising the business of any changes.
