• Job Details:Collecting daily, weekly or monthly timesheets. Calculating bonuses and allowances Preparing employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software . Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees . Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper) Report on payroll expenses . Gathering information on hours worked for each employee Calculating the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system . - Receive original hiring documents and creating employee file. -Responsible for Archiving and review employee files. -Manage the process of employee termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) - Responsible for sign the new employees their contracts - Update the Database.
