CCTV, fire alarm • Know Your Customer (KYC) and Enhance Due Diligence (EDD) review and reporting • Conducts surprise / spot checks on tellers • Carry out due diligence and value for money review of procurements and purchases with reference to pricing, payment, and quality of products in line with set standard • Conduct Investigation on fraud issues/ethical issues • Verification exercise and reporting • Inspection of purchased items. • ATM review and reporting • Operational efficiency • Security reviews and reporting • Court Order and Police Report review and reporting • Credit Search review, Credit report generation and reporting • Ensuring compliance to regulatory directives and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Combating Financing of Terrorism (CFT) measures • Enforce adherence to AML and Know Your Customer (KYC) management framework in identifying, controlling, monitoring, and reporting • Ensure that branches adhere to policies, processes, and procedures in the Bank when processing transactions. • Prompt identification, assessment, monitoring, mitigation and reporting operational risks inherent in the bank processes and procedures as well as operating environment. • Invoice confirmation, and report exceptions • Review of Politically Exposed Persons (PEPS), Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professionals (DNFBP), and reporting • Review transaction amounts that suggest structuring/smurfing (i.e., multiple transactions below reportable thresholds) were flagged and reported
