• Job Details:CHAPS/FPS/BACS/Paygate payment system issues, monitoring and incident management, debugging SSIS packages using Visual Studio, investigating automated job failures, performing troubleshooting on DB/IIS/App servers, developing SQL scripts and queries for data resolution and performance optimization, supporting ETL related jobs and processes, creating and managing the change process as per ITIL and compliance, incident, change and problem management, daily monitoring on the payment systems and servers, managing and participating in DR isolation exercise, owning the project to identify obsolete infrastructure and ensure migration to cloud-based server.

Software Engineer (L2/Database Application Support)

• Job Details:Investigating and replicating issues reported in AMT application, debugging runtime SQL stored procedures, implementing data migration for new clients in MS SQL Server, end-to-end deployment of the application on client server, performing SQL queries to resolve data issues, EDI order processing system setup, scheduling and monitoring maintenance jobs on client’s SQL server.
