 Prepare cost analyses for programs and make recommendations for cost savings and efficiencies.
 Provide statistics for customer and employee program metrics.

 Develop consistent procedures across programs to enable field and customer clarity as well as quality control standards.
 Partner with planning teams (i.e. Delivery and Development as well as other Medtronic business partners) to ensure educational objectives are met and unsurpassed quality is maintained in all programs via the delivery support function.
