Fleet manager Full Time

• Job Details:• Undertaking regular spot safety inspections of all vehicles to check for wear, damage or maladjustment. • Ensuring that all vehicles are fully checked prior to going out on hire, and that they are safe to drive. • Initiating, coordinating and enforcing operational policies and procedures. • Overseeing the day to day operation of the lease vehicle fleet department. • Ensuring that service records are kept in accordance with company policy and in compliance with regulatory standards. • Making sure that all equipment is maintained and service records are kept up to date. • Ensuring the effective and timely maintenance, servicing and repair of all fleet vehicles, in order to minimise down time. • Managing the inventory of vehicle spares parts. • Executing basic safety checks on cars. • Dealing with all admin related issued to fleet management.

Fleet Workshop Manager Full Time

• Job Details: • Responsible for the daily work in the locations, including managing location staff, equipment maintenance and safety regulations. • Ensure vehicle and equipment preventive maintenance programs are followed, timely approval and completion of service, per preventive maintenance schedules, is met. • Supervise the corrective maintenance (Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical) to ensure that work is going on efficiently. • Make a design modification to eliminate machine malfunctions. • Monitor Spar parts in the warehouses and make procurement orders on time and provide a technical support to the procurement team. • Plan and establish systems to control expenses. • Submit required reports (preventive/corrective) accurately for all workshops. • Develop, evaluate and motivate staff. Ensure that a formal evaluation session with each employee is completed annually. Handle any disciplinary actions in compliance with company policy.
