• Job Details:• Development of long-term planning and costs management in alignment with company strategic plan. • Complete analysis of financial results and develop recommendations. • Development of cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed. • Preparing feasibility studies for new projects& business lines. • Represent the company to financial partners, including financial institutions, auditors, public officials, etc. • Building up internal audit community to ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. • Building and restructuring financial department and financial ledgers to meet Egyptian and international standards and laws. • Reporting to top management the financial vision that help for proper decisions making and risk management decisions. • Helping the company to build proper ERP system and dashboards which represent excellent reporting structure for decision making. • Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes. • Establishes wage and salary structure, pay policies, performance appraisal programs, and employee benefit programs and services. • Train and develop the financial department staff. • Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company. • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports. • Present financial reports to the chairman, vendors, and customers if needed.

Financial Technical SupportFull Time

• Job Details:• Presenting a Demo for ERP Modulus. • Gather Customer requirements. • Making GAP Analysis to understanding the industry for the company and reducing the Gap between the customer requirements and the features we have in ERP Modulus. • We suggest the Edition for the clients according to their requirements. Making the Project Scope document. • Design the ERP business process and solutions for their problems they have in the current system they are used. • Installing the modules and configure it. • Assign the designed process to developers and explaining the tasks to them. • Testing and implementing the new product features after installing them with developers. • Deliver the module to the client. • Training the end users. • Service and support clients daily providing consulting including troubleshooting, the client’s issues and responding to their problems. • Helping customers in implementing issues and checking the final results by continuously revising and adjusting customer business cycle.

Chief AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:General Accounting & Financial Analysis • Prepare the quarterly balance sheet, with all the required analysis for all the trial balance. • Prepare the monthly report of value added tax VAT. • Examining accounts and records and taxes according to IFRS. • Preparation of monthly statement receivables for submission to the CFO. • Supervise and monitor the preparation of checks and ensure that they conform to the exchange. • Follow-up to banks, Credit facilities, loans and establish working relationships with the bank management. • Support Top management in preparing long-term and short-term investment strategies. • Support the identification of the Company’s financial goals and risk tolerance with top management • Advise the top management on the liquidity aspects for short- and long-term planning. • Forecast cash flow requirements, related borrowing needs, and execute daily financing decisions. • Mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company's lending methods. • Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing daily operational needs and capital investment requirements. • Manage Bank facilities to cover company cash needs. • Create a cash cushion/ alternative plan to cover unpredictable cash needs to a certain limit. • Raise flags, alert and actions with any abnormal financial results / ratio Cost Accounting • Update standard costs in the bill of materials. • Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies. • Validate the cost of goods sold as part of the Quarter-end close. • Pricing of tenders according to the company's pricing policy • Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program. • Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts. • Reconciles finished goods inventories. • Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, project implementation methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost. • Making estimates of new and proposed product costs. • Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services. Budgeting • Assist the company's business development consultant in daily tasks. • Design effective budget models for the departments and the entire company. • Present monthly, quarterly & annual budgets. • Forecast future budget needs, create financial forecasts and make budgeting decisions. • Ensure department managers meet budget submission deadlines .
