• Job Details:Position: ICT Verticals, Offering, and Partnership Manager from 1-12-2013 till present time Roles and Responsibilities: • Design and develop strategy and roadmap for Etisalat IT B2B area • Manage ICT development teams in Etisalat including IOT, mobility and web development for B2B customers • Manage development teams to build solutions for Financial, HR, Supply Chain, Fleet, IOT and Retail dealing with Oracle R12, SAP Success Factors, ODOO(Open ERP), Dashboard tools and Robotics • Manage Project Management and Demand teams for Etisalat B2B projects • Support Commercial teams to meet the marketing calendar of Etisalat • Manage hiring cycle for ICT team and interact with HR team • Manage budget of ICT area and interact with Budgeting team • Manage IT teams and vendors to organize ICT events (Cairo ICT, ITI, …etc ) • Respond to RFPs and RFIs for MCIT, other ministries and other customers • Share in Etisalat IT Innovation team activities • Perform pre-sales activities with Commercial teams in Governmental sector • Tune the IT B2B processes (Offering, Vendor Payment,…etc) • Share in ISV’s vendor selection for Etisalat Cloud solutions • Participate in after sales enhancement program for M2M project (AVL) with Marketing department • Improve customer satisfaction by enhancing B2B vertical services & solutions. • Design and develop cloud based contact centre solutions for B2B customers • Manage ERP and ICT vendors to get best quality and pricing for Etisalat products and solutions • Share with IT B2B team in writing technical and financial offerings. • Participate in different Innovation competitions in Etisalat (Awards samples will be mentioned later)

ERP Support Manager/Technical Expert/ERP Sr. System AnalystFull Time

• Job Details:Position: ERP Support Manager from 1-2-2013 till 30-11-2013 Role: • Manage ERP support team in Etisalat Misr • Plan for team training for ERP support team members. • Support innovation in the team and do the follow up till idea execution. • Make the head-count exercise for the ERP Support department • Coach the team to solve major problems for ERP area. • Follow up the team objectives settings, do performance management and conduct coaching sessions. • Manage hiring for the ERP new comers and interact with HR team Position: ERP Technical Expert from 1-6-2009 till 31-1-2013 Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead, coach and train ERP support team • Develop SMS generic system for Etisalat to automate some ERP services • Design solutions for major challenges in Etisalat related to ERP area such as: ERP-Retail Cycle, appraisal… • Set, assign and follow up the technical tasks for the team. • Interview ERP support candidates and follow up the hiring process with HR department. Position: ERP Sr. System Analyst from 1-5-2007 till 31-5-2009 Roles and Responsibilities: • Share in the launch of Etisalat Misr (3rd Operator in Egypt) in implementation of Oracle Applications 11i (11.5.10.2) for the company for modules (Financial, logistics, HR, Payroll and Performance Management). • Develop the integration between ERP Inventory module and Etisalat Retail System • Provide day to day support for Etisalat Misr. ERP users besides month-closing support and automations. • Design and develop Team Task Tracking (Time Sheet System). • Share in ERP Development (Reports, Personalization, integration and Oracle Alerts) • Design and develop a health check program to alert ERP support team with the critical events in ERP modules
