SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGERFull Time

• Job Details:- all SC activities ; Logistics, procurement, planning, and warehouse. - Develop and manage Materials Planning function for goods and materials demanded by Company's vessels. - Create item specific forecasts over a rolling time horizon to be used for ordering and inventory management purposes. - Create integrated processes among Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, and outside suppliers to execute the planning/replenishment process. Identify systems tools needed to implement planning/forecasting systems. - Lead re engineering efforts as it relates to supply chain planning and execution systems. - Manage and supervise staff tasked with creating material requirement plans and/or forecasts. - Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning / forecasting. - Measure actual performance against goals on regular basis and present results to senior management. - Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. - Directing and Processing WFB, ICRC and other humanitarian organizations orders from quotation to last mile

Logistics HeadFull Time

• Job Details:* Update and maintain MRP and ERP system to ensure that inventory is up to date. * Ensure that cycle count system is in place, with accuracy above 98% and conduct variance investigation if necessary. * Ensure 100% of inventory are physical counted on quarterly basis & reconciliation file after variance investigation * Direct supervision, utilizes the functionality of the Transportation Management System to generate planned shipments for inbound and outbound freight within the supply chain network. * Notifies planner when shipment exceptions occur. * Responsible on meeting target dates for all communication reports ‘weekly, monthly, and quarterly”. * Work closely with foreign and local S&OP team to insure FG supply to customer in the right time and with the Standard quality. * Administering all import and export of goods and supervise the delivery of all goods and manage the distribution of all goods to various geographical locations efficiently. * Effective communication and organization with other departments “customer service, sales, production, engineering and finance”. * Managing inbound or outbound logistics operations. * Planning and organizing the work flow in all warehouses of different kinds such as raw materials, work in process, spare parts and final products. * Responsible for designing all processes and procedures of the warehouses department in coordination with Operations, finance, QA and HSE departments. * Setting the required weekly/monthly storing plans, training and guiding the warehouses` staff on them and following up on the execution. * Responsible for the discipline of the documentation cycle across all the warehouses, train the warehouse staff on it, assure the proper execution and issue all the required warehouse reports to the top management. * Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms * Amend the procurement plan as required according to operational changes in coordination with departments manager * Review the POs, execute procurement plan by quantitative and qualitative criteria in coordination with request party. * Develops appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost. * Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). * Handle vehicle capacity planning, raising requests for ad-hoc capacity when needed across first mile, last mile and line haul. * Work with on-boarded vendors to resolve all driver related issues faced on the ground
