• Job Details:➢ Financial Management: provide leadership in sound financial management of the company. Develop, evaluate and implement processes and procedures for generating management reports used in decision making, to assure accuracy, timeliness and completeness. ➢ Accounting: monitor these processes constantly to ensure that they are relevant to the business requirements, meet IFRS standards, corporate reporting guidelines, external reporting and compliance requirements and that they are effective and efficient. Ensure that the company meets Balance sheet quality KPIs targets. ➢ External and Internal audits: ensure annual statutory and compliance audits are performed by due dates. Ensure good corporate governance in the fields of finance, accounting and tax that support sound corporate governance of the business functions. ➢ Corporate Risk Management: establish and continuously evaluate effective and efficient risk management processes, tools and procedures. ➢ Internal Controls: identify, develop, implement, assess and monitor appropriate internal control processes, procedures and guidelines. Periodically review the internal control processes to ensure that they meet emerging business needs, flawless execution guidelines and external compliance requirements. ➢ Working Capital Management: implement and review cash and cash flow management systems, purchase-to-pay systems, inventory monitoring processes and credit management and monitoring tools to ensure that the company assets are acquired, recorded, reconciled and monitored timely, accurately and appropriately. ➢ Provide management with accurate, timely and complete reports for decision making about the company’s overall working capital management. ➢ People: team management, coaching, leadership. ➢ Tax: ensure that tax management, tax planning & tax monitoring processes are ensuring full compliance and optimization in the best interest of the company. Coordinate tax audit and relationships with the tax authorities as required. ➢ Financing: maintain and establish bank relationships; ensure that the funding necessary to support the group business and development is in place; manage excess funds and investments in line with the Group guidance; ensure adequate sourcing of foreign currencies. ➢ JVs accounting and finance coordination: oversee the A&F function of JVs and financial participations of the group and/or of the Group in Egypt. Ensure the preparation of the financial reporting as per Group requirements of the JVs and financial investments of the group and/or of the Group in Egypt. ➢ Procurement management: suppliers’ identification and management, ensure that procedures and payments are made, inventory management. Ensure that tendering processes are performed as per Group standards and are in full compliance with local regulations. Coordinate with Internal Audit / control team to have regular suppliers’ audits performed.

Finance ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:➢ Providing accurate, completed & timely data for statutory reporting, management reporting and other requirements. ➢ Provide assistance by communicating effectively the approved and agreed budgets with all concerned departments. ➢ Controlling and approving the operation expenses documents and aligning with budget control procedures. ➢ Monitor budget, prepare and manage monthly financial statement as per IFRS, forecast and maintain cash flow projections. ➢ Ensure effective inventory management. ➢ Responsible for MEGCC Hub countries accounting, reporting & taxes. ➢ Implement control procedures and management indicators. ➢ Manage month end closing process up to the issuance of the monthly results. ➢ External Audit - Manage year-end closing including communication with external auditors. ➢ Compile & review of the monthly balance sheet reconciliation. ➢ Internal control - Maintain efficient control over company’s cash receipts and disbursements. ➢ Manage the full cycle of A/P & A/R process. ➢ Finance- Manages banking relationship, bank accounts and cash flow. ➢ Reporting - Responsible for monthly and quarterly reports. ➢ Preparing monthly closing reports and other monitoring reports to the management and other departments. ➢ Tax - Manage & follow up the tax inspections & negotiation with tax authority to solve all pending tax issues. ➢ Travelling to Germany & participate in SAP implementation. ➢ Internal Audit - Managing statutory and periodic internal audits. ➢ Driving and overseeing improvement projects related to accounting processes ➢ Fulfilling requests from regulatory & tax authorities- provide support during fiscal audits. ➢ Team Management – Manage & coaching the team of the finance department.

Accounting ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:➢ Accounting IFRS - Organize general accounting and subsidiary accounting bookkeeping. ➢ Financial Management- Establish & maintain proper accounting procedures, systems and records comply with Total group. ➢ Establish timely financial reports as required complying with local norms & Total group formats. ➢ Submission the Hyperion reports timely. ➢ Manage the relationship with external auditors as required: EGAS, Total group, partners and local authorities. ➢ Prepare reports for partner billing & the cut back. ➢ Liaise with EGAS auditors and preparation of documents and replies to auditors’ reports. ➢ Organize & maintain the appropriate filling of all accounting transactions. ➢ Prepare Group reporting & EGAS reporting. ➢ Travelling to France for SAP implementation in affiliate. ➢ Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization, as well as provide senior management with advice on the financial implications of business activities. ➢ Cash flow -Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism. ➢ Manage the team through design and lead the Egypt finance department structure, positions and process system. ➢ Staying updated with changes on statutory & tax rules and regulations to be able to assess business impact ➢ Implement an effective system to monitor the tax calendar, including all tax filing, tax payments, to ensure compliance with Egyptian tax authority’s dates. ➢ Team Management – Manage & coaching the team of the finance department.
