• Job Details:Responsibility for the following: • Manages and coordinates on-site construction activities for various projects such as hospitals, schools, offices, and more, ensuring compliance with the CPM schedule and contract requirements. • Implements the Project Construction Execution Plan for a wide range of construction projects. • Guides and directs field staff in the daily planning process for diverse project types, including hospitals, schools, offices, and others. • Supervises and mentors all superintendents across different project types, • Monitoring their activities and providing leadership. • Monitors and reports on construction productivity and schedule performance for projects like hospitals, schools, offices, and more, providing insights to the Project Field Manager, Operations Manager, and Project Controls Manager. • Takes necessary actions to meet project budget and schedule requirements for various types of projects and contracts. • Directs and approves the development and implementation of construction schedule recovery plans for different project types, such as hospitals, schools, offices, and more. • Coordinates the Construction Completion Walkdowns and the complete handover of start-up packages for projects like hospitals, schools, offices, and others, while supervising the closeout of all punch list items. • Assists the Project Field Manager with client interface and relations for a diverse range of projects and contracts, including hospitals, schools, offices, and more. • Coordinates with the Material Manager to review and ensure acceptance of all procured materials for various project types. • Reviews and approves equipment rentals (if supplied by the company) and coordinates shared use of this equipment with subcontractors across different project types. • Conducts weekly staff and subcontractor meetings for diverse project types, providing updates and addressing project-related matters. • Monitors all extra work authorization requests, back charges, and supplier and subcontractor progress/final payment requests for acceptance, ensuring timely tracking information is provided to support the change management system across various project types.

• Job Details:Responsible for management and all administration work in all premises including Data Centers. major duties include the following activities medium voltage switchgear, L.V electric panels, Transformers, HVAC, Generators, Firefighting, Plumbing, Fire alarm, CCTV, Runner, MATV, Public address, UPS, and BMS Monitoring project budgets and schedules and overseeing performance to ensure on-time, quality, and on-budget project execution. Coordinate with the design team in all aspects of the design. Prepare periodic reports for management including the status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, upcoming activities & safety records. Ensure all technical aspects of the projects strictly comply with the Conditions of Contracts, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings & BOQ. Ensure that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with authorities' regulations. Follow up with software application (CMMS) on the critical incidents and the entire annual maintenance schedule for all sites. Promotes technical and commercial excellence through the application of KPIs, Quality Assurance processes & service level agreements (SLAs) reviews with service providers throughout the term of the Contract.
