• Job Details:• Leading a team of Mathematics and Sciences instructional designers and voice over artists to localize Arabic and French educational video content. • Managing, monitoring, and regularly measuring team members’ work deliverables to ensure efficiency and productivity. • Planning, building, and following up on all video creation and localization systems, workflows, mobile apps, and databases alongside the product managers. • Working closely with team members to help improve their output and guiding them to solve any performance problems through regular coaching. • Expanding the video function in Nagwa and leading projects aimed at increasing the quality, quantity, and diversity of our content.

Videos Translation CoordinatorFull Time

• Job Details:• Coordinating, monitoring, and reviewing translated transcripts and videos to make sure they are up to Nagwa pedagogical standards and follow Nagwa’s guidelines and quality standards. • Assigning visuals and audio recordings to the video translation team. • Initiating workflows -together with the team leader- for new projects. • Coordinating the work and facilitate the communication between various teams contributing to our videos • Performing monthly statistical analysis for freelancer's productivity and performance. • Coordinating with technology teams on the needed features for the in-house applications and new requirements in our internal systems.

Arabic Mathematics Video SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:• Reviewing English mathematics videos that have been developed. • Translating and reviewing educational videos to Arabic using Nagwa’s video production tools. • Working closely with the content creation and translation teams to make sure the video content is consistent and correct. • Receiving and acting on the constructive feedback received through the content review process.
