• Job Details:• Responsible for End to End implementation process for all Jotun `s infrastructure. Network devices, communication lines, and wireless connectivity. • Administer Jotun`s virtual environment. • Preparing and maintaining all Sales and marketing reports using Power BI with algin to the regional guidelines. • Ensure adequate and up-to-date availability of computerized procedures, to secure efficient operation and flow of information within the company. • Manage and develop the IT systems through implementation of software solutions in line with corporate guidelines (JITS-Jotun IT Standards) and local strategies and objectives. • Lead the implementation, administration and upgrades of Document Management System. • Implementation and manage of access control system within the whole building to ensure utilities accessibility and physical security only to authorized staff through Jotun`s premises. • Ensure wireless coverage in all Jotun`s premises through implementation of wireless solution integrated with active directory. • Administer IP Telephony system to interconnect all Jotun sites through one unified communication system. As well as integration with other countries in MEIA region. • Coordinate with global WAN team for the firewall & network security related issues. • Monitor network and services availability to determine whether adjustments or upgrade are need in the future. • Member of the induction team in Jotun Egypt on behalf of the IT department. • Leads subordinates through daily tasks and follow up their development plan and work progress to ensure that it’s aligned with the individual objectives.
